By selecting the most tender part of the ham, and decorating the center of the product with broken summer truffles, Villani offers us a gourmet ham, extremely attractive during holiday periods but which also sells very well the rest of the year. Prefer it cut into thin slices, to be enjoyed as a complement to a dish or on quality toast, we for our part have a preference for making delicious croque-monsieurs.
