These morels are primarily used stuffed.

Our mushrooms were dried before packaging. This simple, natural process, used for centuries to preserve products, retains all the flavor and aroma of the mushrooms. Once rehydrated, they will have all the characteristics of fresh mushrooms and can be cooked in the same way.

To rehydrate them, soak them in lukewarm water for 15 minutes, then drain them and plunge them into boiling water for 10 minutes.
